Atlanta, GA, 6-April-2017. Companies looking to reach low-income and millennial customers can gain critical insights into more effective deployment of social media. David Elve, Chief Marketing Officer with PayGo Utilities, has created a panel discussion entitled “Leveraging Social Media for Low Income and Millennial Outreach” and will moderate the panel at CS Week in Ft. Worth. Texas.

PayGo is excited to participate and exhibit at Customer Service (CS) Week again this year,” said Jeff Weiser, CEO of PayGo. “The conference aligns closely with PayGo’s mission of delivering an excellent customer experience in the utility space. We welcome the opportunity to support like-minded companies in their customer initiatives.”

In the panel, industry experts will discuss the importance of engaging customers in their communities and how customer expectations are ever changing and heavily influenced by other service providers.

Topics of discussion will include how existing and future programs have been designed to meet the challenges of two critical customer segments: low income and millennials, and how tools such as smart grid data, payment solutions, enhanced business processes, mobile, portals, and social media can be used to create a better customer experience. Panelists will share their current programs and technologies, plans for enhancements, and lessons learned.

The panelists for the discussion will include Ellen Rendos with Southern Company Gas, Derek Lewellen with AEP Public Service Company of Oklahoma, and Pat Ricks with Entergy Services.

The objective of the panel is to share and promote innovative programs that support low-income and millennial customers such as leveraging smart grid data and social media to drive customer engagement and offering flexible payment channels to support customer convenience and choice.
