Panelists will share their current programs and technologies, plans for enhancements, and lessons learned.
The panelists for the discussion will include Ellen Rendos with Southern Company Gas, Derek Lewellen with AEP Public Service Company of Oklahoma, and Pat Ricks with Entergy Services.
The objective of the panel is to share and promote innovative programs that support low-income and millennial customers such as leveraging smart grid data and social media to drive customer engagement and offering flexible payment channels to support customer convenience and choice.
