The utility landscape of the future is focused on patent-pending technologies, program execution, and ubiquitous payment channels like CheckOut by PayGo®
PayGo will be participating at DistribuTECH 2016 in Orlando, Florida (booth #1935) from February 9-11. The PayGo solution will demonstrate how it enhances investments in both the smart grid and consumer technologies to enable comprehensive Pre-Pay energy - resulting in a more flexible, convenient way for consumers to pay their bills.
Pre-Pay energy programs have demonstrated positive effects for both utility companies and their customers in terms of customer satisfaction, energy efficiency, and environmental impact. The PayGo difference consists of technology, on-site program execution, and comprehensive payment capability; all to be demonstrated at DistribuTECH.
PayGo’s presence at the conference will include:
- Live PayGo software demonstrations (booth #1935)
- CheckOut by PayGo®: The new in-line payment solution for utilities which allows utility customers to pay cash in check-out lines at approximately 200,000 3rd-party retail locations in the USA
- Program execution discussions: Great technology needs a strong change management process to move personnel from reacting to service calls to proactively engaging the consumer in the selection of a new service
In addition David Elve, PayGo’s Chief Marketing Officer, will be moderating a breakfast roundtable on customer engagement for utilities, as well as leading a panel with four executives from Southern Company, Duke Energy, Consumers Energy, NV Energy, and OG&E in a discussion around how each major utility leverages smart grid for enhanced consumer engagement.
