Training is a critical part of a successful implementation and rollout of a Pre-Pay program, and top-flight training is part of the package with PayGo. Last week the PayGo team, consisting of Ted Vann, Dave Elve, and Staci Tubbs, conducted a workshop with a core group of Georgia Power customer service representatives.
Topics included consultant sales training and extensive role play to support the promotion of Georgia Power’s highly successful Pre-Pay program.
