PayGo announced today that it has recently become a member of the Smart Grid Consumer Collaborative (SGCC), a leading organization dedicated to the conversation surrounding customer engagement in smart grid. PayGo joined SGCC because it believes that the customer is the key participant in the smart grid discussion to drive substantive results in consumer engagement, energy efficiency, and cost management.
In a featured member spotlight on the SGCC website, the organization describes PayGo as “an Atlanta, Georgia-based tech firm that offers a convenient and flexible payment platform for utilities to use in engaging customers to provide them more control over their energy usage.”
“The PayGo offering also supports payment services which are extensive and beyond customary payment programs. We believe that PayGo is the only company that can provide a fully customer focused and integrated solution. This enhanced level of service is consistent with the goal of maximizing the benefits for the customer” said David Elve, Chief Marketing Officer for PayGo.
